SCHEDULE A CALL

Over the course of a complementary hour, we’ll discuss your vision and what you have in mind, your preference of video call or in-person. We’ll review the tone of your event, your itinerary, and I’ll provide initial recommendations on how we can create those “wow moments”.

We will also review additional services that may be required should you need performance acts. I am well acquainted with a network of musicians for additional hire, or can leverage my personal expertise in performances.
REVIEW GAME PLAN
A week before your event, we will get on another 30-minute call to review any updates and hash out revisions. This is a good time to discuss items like ice-breaker games, special shout-outs and announcements, and additional specifics. Over the course of your planning, I am available for quick update calls as well.
